Zumba for Adults – Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like Zumba Fitness. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating!

We’ve also added the latest Zumba fitness class, Zumba Sentao.

Zumba for Kids- Also known as Zumbatomic, this class is designed exclusively for kids ages 4-12. Zumbatomic classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more. Parents love Zumbatomic because of the effects it has on kids: increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination. Zumbatomic rounds out family fitness goals by giving parents a great reason to head to the gym – for themselves, for their kids, for a totally fun family experience.

Zumba Toning for Adults - When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.

Zumboxing – This class combines the aerobic movements of Zumba plus adds kickboxing to the mix. It is an amazing form of an aerobic workout and allows you to stretch and tone your muscles while learning kickboxing. This class does require a bit of stamina but will keep you entertained throughout the whole class!

Piloxing – This is an exciting, new inter-disciplinary program that uniquely mixes Pilates and Boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape. It’s fun and challenging! The class incorporates fun and sexy dance moves with the use of weighted gloves which add to the workout by toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health.

Power Pilates – This fitness class emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient and graceful movement. Through centering, concentration, control, precision and breathing techniques you’ll find yourself fit and toned in no time!

Pole Dancing – Once thought of as only exotic, this class offers toning of the whole body including arms, thighs, abs and shoulders. In addition to the excellent physical workout, you also greatly improve your confidence, self- esteem and body awareness. And the best part? You don’t need to be an experienced dancer to enjoy yourself AND achieve a great workout.

HardCORE Abs (ABL Abs)- Who doesn’t want a sexy, tone six pack? To build a six pack you need to hit your abs from all angles, work the different muscles with different exercises and apply varying amounts of resistance. Train your abs like never before. This fun but challenging workout strengthens every aspect of your core musculature, including your lower back. Get ready for summer!

Spinning- Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle. It provides for a vigorous workout all in the comfort of the indoors. Spinning classes burn serious calories and offers an awesome aerobic workout that makes your heart pump fast. It also tones your quadriceps (front thigh muscles) and outer thigh muscles. Because you stay in one place with the same basic movement throughout, Spinning doesn’t involve a lot of coordination; it’s easier to concentrate on your form than in other types of aerobic classes. And although you follow the general instructions of the spinning teacher, you are in control when it comes to your pace.

Body Sculpt – Offers non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength. This class uses weight bars, exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these gadgets. You perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting.

Kickboxing – This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. This class is for everyone with moderate fitness levels. And because the moves are simple, you don’t need to be especially well coordinated. Just give it a go!

Power Ball (Big Stability Balls) – There are many benefits to incorporating ball exercises into your workout. The biggest benefit to training using ball exercises is that they are very effective at targeting core muscles- those muscles that are essential for stability and good posture but are often overlooked when exercising with fixed position equipment. As of today, countless fitness professionals are promoting the use of ball exercises and athletes from every sport imaginable and from every level are incorporating them into their training regimen.

Kettle Bell – Stuck in a rut? Bust out of it in a big way with a kettlebell workout! This old-school piece of equipment is a throwback to the dawn of strength training. Two kettlebells are all that you need to increase muscular endurance, lose fat, and build size and strength. Kettlebell training is a form of training that will not only improve the appearance of your physique, it will give you strength and mental toughness that you did not know was even possible.

Yoga – Yoga is a practice for optimizing the health of the body and quieting the mind. It includes a variety of activities, including postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and lifestyle practices. Yoga is suitable for most adults of any age or physical condition. Because of the non-strenuous nature of our approach to exercise, even those with physical limitations can find a beneficial routine of Yoga.

Karate (Kids) – There are many reasons for kids to become involved in martial arts. As a non-violent self- defense class your kids will learn how to become more focused and responsible while developing physical coordination and balance. Your children will tone and stretch their muscles, make their joints stronger and more flexible, and develop complete balance and agility. They will also develop better focus and concentration and relieve physical and mental stress. Your kids do not need to be strong or athletic to begin training- they only need the desire to learn!
